No need to worry at all! The crystals forming in your tube are completely natural — it's exactly the same process as honey hardening in cold weather. Just like honey turns solid and grainy in the cold but is still perfectly fine to eat, your gel is exactly the same. The ingredients haven't changed at all and it is completely safe to consume. I have really bad knees and when my grandson asks me too kneel on the floor too play I really struggle too get down and then up again. Have been taking the honey for 2 or 3 weeks.
